Reporting Problems or Seeking Additional Help/Information

The support personnel at CTIO are your first line of defense if you encounter problems while observing.

On-site Observing Support, immediate reports of hardware & software problems, and observing issues:

After them, the Ohio State personnel responsible for the instrument should be contacted regarding questions on the areas listed below. If major problems are being encountered, it is a good idea to cc: your email to the appropriate person at OSU as well to keep them informed.

Hardware problems, questions about filters, gratings, etc., and general instrument and observing issues:
