MDM Observatory 1.3m Telescope Observer's Report for 2005 Feb 08 Observer(s): Vestergaard Institution(s): steward Instrument: ccds Worked for 0.75 hours (last half of the night) Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Fog all night. Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable, high humidity Mid: Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, high humidity End: Seeing 4 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: In evening had thick cloud cover which started to disappear around 10pm but humidity stayed high right until 4:30am where it dropped to 83% for about 45 minutes. During this time I managed to find guidestars for the main targets of the monitoring campaign. Bob: There are 1-2 mice in the kitchen which are feeling much at home running on the countertops and literally running around my feet; they get cheekier and cheekier. Would it be possible to have some traps set up in kitchen. Having the mice give me a heartattack as I almost step on them is unpleasant and/or have them run on the counters/table tops is very inhygenic. This would be much appreciated. Thanks! ------------------------------ Submitted on 2005 Feb 9 [7:34:13] NOTE: This report replaces the previous 1.3m telescope observing report for 2005 Feb 08
