The YALO telescope was down for maintenance from April 1-20 (and damage
from the huge lightning storm didn't help much, either).
Logs for April 1999 are filed by the local date at the beginning of the
night of observing. Thus, the observing logs for the night that started on
1999 April 24 and ended at dawn on 1999 April 25 are filed under 1999 April
24.
