YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Aug 13 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed for most of the night from 2300 to 0800 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High Observing Summary: No a very good night for science. Strong winds for most of the night wich meant elongated images. Most of the first part partially calm. some targets were not observed for weather reasons, mainly strong winds.
