YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Aug 16

Observed all night from 2300 to 0915 UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Strong winds at the start of the night - some elongated images .

I was not able to find object target of OB99040 - I looked and 
looked some more - nothing.  I trimed image at an anywhere point.
(within the vicinity of course)

Aql differential magnitude in R band: 2.35
