YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Aug 17

Observed all night from 23:45 to 9:10 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate

Differential Magnitude of Aql X-1:
V=0.165
R=2.54
Charles, let me know early if you will need u sky flats so that I can have time to do them.
Some images look elongated as we had winds (20 mph) throughout the night. 
A PC has been installed. I suppose it is the one Darren mentioned once, as the person who installed it did not leave any message or note about it.
