YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Aug 21 Observer: David Gonzalez Observed for most of the night from 23:00 to 9:39 UTC. Conditions were Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds High Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds High End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds High Observing Summary: Whole programme accomplished succesfully. I had to stop for an hour for high winds. (see details on seeing and weather conditions). However, it was the repetition of OB99042 and EB99001, so we didn't miss any object. Charles, unfortunately the seeing got really bad when observing 47 Tuk. However, I decided to observe it in u band as well. Differential magnitude of Aql X-1: R=2.21 V=0.57 Some images look quite elongated because of the strong (35mph) winds throughout the night. Some other are really neat. That's it.
