YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Dec 21

Observed all night from 00:40 to 8:52 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Hello everyone,

Full programme acomplished accordingly with no problems.
The new Dat unit is here on mountain but still not ready to be used. I hope tomorrow it's ready.
The seeing values described below are quite referential since a couple of images recorded 1.2 whiles others 1.8 at the end of the night. The thing is that in general the seeing was quite variable.
