YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Jul 20

Observed all night from 23:11 to 8:49 UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

I was not able to take ccd dome flats in the afternoon. While doing it at the end of the night, Prospero hung as you will note in the Autologs (domei). WC sent the following message: ERROR 15 at 68698, Port 3 is not available. I rebooted WC/IC/IR but I got the following message from the WC: illegal message during disk synch: IC>WC init dis 20 24020.
When I typed STARTUP -sync was in red. I decided not to turn off the electronic boxes as we used to do it before.
Rick, I'll be waiting for instructions from you or Jerry on what to do.

The programme was succesfully accomplished though.
