YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Jul 27

Observed for only a few hours from  to 0830 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, Heavy cirrus
   Mid: Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, Heavy cirrus
   End: Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, Heavy cirrus

Observing Summary:

Very few observations due to heavy cirrus wich were not only in
on the path of targets but full moon was another factor wich 
made some of these images completely saturated.

All systems running Ok.
