YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Nov 17 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 0000 to 0840 UTC. Conditions were Mixed most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: Program completed with some complications due to computer problems but no great loss of observing time. Great seeing for the entire night and even though I did not see clouds above us we did have cirruses on the horizons far from us wich is why I decided to observe the STDs for Portugal, again, skies above us were clear through the entire night.
