YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Nov 17

Observed all night from 0000 to 0840 UTC.
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:


Program completed with some complications due to computer problems
but no great loss of observing time.

Great seeing for the entire night and even though I did not see clouds
above us we did have cirruses on the horizons far from us wich is why I
decided to observe the STDs for Portugal, again, skies above us were clear
through the entire night.

Aql Magnitude in R band:  3.8
