YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Oct 10

Observed all night from 2330 to 0930 UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Program almost completed - Photometric program observed with some 
difficulties due to winds. and Got as far as QUEST 2B3.
Some of these images are elongated, but only a few.

Aql magnitude in R band: 2.09
