YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Oct 21

No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

We had very clear skies before thhe beginning of the night
but clouds formed soon after and brought observations to a halt.
I was only able to get GRO1655 with the first two filters - Nothing was 
possible afterwards  because of thick black clouds wich later on 
started to discharged an electrical storm - in the vicinities.

In all, no observations.
