YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Oct 23

Observed all night from 2345 to 09 UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:


Photometric program completed.  No trouble of any kind.

Aql magnitude in R band: 2.36

Because of the large amount of data I moved the individual IR flat frames
in order to fit all of the images frames for the night - These will be kept
in an Separate directory named IRflats_991023
