YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Oct 27

Observed all night from 00:06 to 9:10 UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

I could observe only OB99033 for OSU along with GC and Sky.
Although the report reads moderate winds, they did not let me observe Aql X-1. I had to stop the exposure several times. The same happened when observing the last shot of UM673.
