YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Oct 7 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 2335 to 0940 UTC. Conditions were Mixed most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: From the beginning it looked as it was going to be photometric but these came to a fast halt at 0550 UT (2:00am). Maza's program observed with no clouds (photometric). I got as far as QUEST 1A2 - I can not guaranty that these were done in clear sky - I tried to observe the non-photo pgram but all targets were not possible to break through the clouds, so I proceeded with A0620 for the resst of the night.
