YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Oct 8

Observed for only a few hours from 0350 to 0610 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:


Very late start - The only targets observed are Neried and 47Tuc, this
one finished with a lot of clouds - after that anything else
was not worth trying.  In all I only got to observe for a coulple
of hours.
