YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Sep 10

Observed for only a few hours from 0530 to 0840 UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:


I started observations with Nereid at 0000LST just missing 
Aql x-1.

The rest of the night was pretty much cloud free.
