YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Sep 2

Observed for only a few hours from 23:10 to 3:00 UTC.
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable

Observing Summary:

Most of the images were obtained through coulds or cirri. I retook observations at 7:25 UT but was not able to do much.
