YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Sep 28

Observed for most of the night from 23:28 to 9:33 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds High
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Winds reached 35 miles per hour which caused the well-known problems. I could not observe Aql X-1 and the last three OSU targets for said reason (after several attempts, of course).
By the way, what we call high winds may not be so in the other telescopes reports.
