YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Sep 8

Observed all night from 2345 to  UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable, high humidity
   Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 2.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:


Brad - I am sorry to inform that monitoring of grb990907 was not
possible dur to a mechanical problem that turned worst when I tried
to send the telescope to GRB's coordinates - I had no choice but to
close the dome for the night.

GROJ1655-40 was not observed for beeing out of limit when it came time
to observe it.

Aql's differential magnitude in R-band = 2.2

Bad seeing.

I lost about 45 minutes at the beginning of the night due to a crash
during calibrations while I was not present on the telescope.
