YALO Nightly Observing Report for 1999 Sep 9 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed for most of the night from 0230 to 0830 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Late start because of clouds - 0230 UT (10:30pm) Because of this I was only able to get a short amount of data for Portugal (no SKY, second round of S279, and no normacore) On the first target (s279) the observations were not in order (j instead of h first) I was able to get observe HD193727 and HD221624. (I am not sure if this is worth doing)(I would appreciate it if Portugal would let us know if the whole Portugal program is worth doing if the complete program won't be finished). Not all OSU targets were observed due to the lack of time. Aql's differential magnitude in R band = 2.45 ------------------------------ Submitted by Juan Espinoza on 1999 Sep 10 [7:15:55]
