YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Apr 9 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 2345 to 1000 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Well now... Program completed with much difficulty as far as the weather goes. Lots of clouds mostly to the North. The first five targets were observed through heavy a mass of cirrus and therefore not the best of images (except for RX0935-47 because of no clouds to the South side). On the None Photom Program, target URSULA was not observed because of no guiding star and, of course, thick clouds. Target PETER observed at a different time for I waited for an opening on the mentioned bad sector (North). The rest of the program was observed with some complications but not many since they were mostly on the South side Differential magnitude for Aql: -3.65 Average IR seeing: 1.2 And that's all she wrote... NOTE: Concerning yesterdays' weather I wrote that we had clear skies at the end of the night but I was wrong -- We had thin cirrus, everywhere... ------------------------------ Submitted by Juan Espinoza on 2000 Apr 10 [5:58:09]
