Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather all night.

Observing Summary:


Hello -

No observations for tonight - We were allowed to open at a late time only to 
find seeing of 3.5''.   We also had winds of up to 55 mph on average
during some portions of the night along with high humidity and low clouds.

I decided to close at 0830-UT..
