YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Aug 13

Observed for only a few hours from 2315 to 2340 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Fog from 0100 until end .
   Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Calm
   End: Fog/Low Clouds, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:


WEATHER REPORT... FOG 

First target accomplished with clear sky.  The rest of the night
remained under heavy fog.  Got to enjoy a couple of movies, though...
