YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Aug 23 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed for only a few hours from 2330 to 0845 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate, To High Winds Mid: Seeing >3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate, To High Winds End: Seeing >3 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate, To High Winds Observing Summary: Program somewhat accomplished... For the first part of the night it was interrupted due to clouds and wind combination The rest of the night was basically lapses of waiting for better seeing, but it didn't. Seeing got as bad as some unrecognizable measure (4.5'' or higher at times!!) All this accompanied by high humidity throughout the night.
