YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Dec 09

Observed all night from 1:12 to 8:52 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm

The cirrus mentioned below were rather thick that at times I had to stop observing for a some minutes.
