YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Dec 13 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 00:20 to UTC. Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 2.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, haze Mid: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, haze End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable, haze Observing Summary: Program mostly completed - EB173 was the only target not observed due to lack of time. The main reason being wasted time thanks to runaway guiding stars wich slowed down the first part of the night considerable. Crashes were also to blame. (three for tonight).
