YALO Nightly Observing Report for 2000 Feb 22

Observed all night from 0015 to 0935 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm, haze
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm, haze
   End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm, haze

Observing Summary:


Hello:
Program almost completed -- A0620 not possible to observe for a second
time due to a lack of time.  Other than that everything else was observed
with no major complications other than some bad seeing and focusing 
problems at the beginning of the night.

Average IR seeing: 0.9

No computer problems whatsoever.
