YALO Nightly Observing Report for 2000 Feb 26

Observed for most of the night from 0100 to 0740 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Overcast, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:


Program not completed -- Late start due to clouds but much of the program
was done with almost clear sky during the middle of the night.

XTE1550 was not observed due to overcast and 2m1507 was observed with much thick puffy clouds.

Two IR crashes but nothing out the usual.
