YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Jun 16

No Observing (see comments below)
Conditions were Overcast most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Fog from 0830 until end.

Observing Summary:


Hello -

It's amazing! -- Right after taking sky flats, one massive cloud
covered Tololo for the entire night and nothing else.  Every where else was clear as far
as the satellite images showed.
