YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 May 21 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 2300 to 1020 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm, cirrus Mid: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm, cirrus End: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm, cirrus Observing Summary: Hello - Program completed from beginning to end with nothing but cirrus and more cirrus. At the start of the nigth clouds were a bit thicker than most of the night, but in all, covered skies. But observable skies. Some OSU targets were observed twice because of poor imaging. Target ob2k015 was observed not knowing if non-photometric weather was a bad factor. (good images XTE : 19.09 *** Magnitude fluctuated throughout the observing run.
