YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 May 4 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 2250 to 1015 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. No equipment or software problems were encountered. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 3.0 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing >3 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Hello - A difficult night thanks to the seeing factor -- Both Portugal targets tried but not observed for it was impossible to find guide star, with the nasty seeing and all. I've tried to observe them without guiding but it is no good. Nothing but bananas... Very variable seeing throughout thhe night. Nick Suntzeff's target finished at an airmass of 3.15 and therefore at some lenght from the telescope (effort). Raj: 4u1547's magnitude is 16.62 and the big bright star did not give me any problems. XTE in V band: 18.4 on average Aql : 3.55 The rest of the program completed accordingly cheers ------------------------------ Submitted by Juan Espinoza on 2000 May 5 [6:26:06]
