YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Oct 12 Observer: Kathy Vivas Observed all night from 23:45 to 9:30 UTC. Conditions were Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: Almost all program was done tonight. There was a strong wind in the last part of the night and the guide stars move a lot in the TV screen. So, it was impossible to guide and the objects in fields AKN120 and A0620 look like very long cigars. I interrupted those observations because the images were completely useless. In 2mass0559 and the RR Lyr stars, the guiding was difficult but the images are not so bad. There was only one crash tonight at the begining of the night.
