YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Sep 17

Observed last half of the night from 00:03 to 8:36 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   High Humidity all night.
   Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm
   Mid: Clear, Winds Calm
   End: Seeing 2.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm

Observing Summary:

Hello,

I guess the OSU children ahad the network down as I could not access this page to send the report on time.

I Had to stop several times for long period for high humidity.

Differential magnitude of:
Aql X-1 = 3.39 (yes Charles I think it's going into outburst)
