YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Sep 20

Observed last half of the night from 04:00 to 09:25 UTC.
Conditions were Mixed most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Moderate
   End: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:


Covered skies for the first half of the night wich would eventually
clear up - The first four targets of tonight's program were done through
lots of clouds.  All targets before Nereid were not possible for they
the great airmass they were at.  (except for a couple of frames of EB2k0005)

Things may be looking up from here and on - As far as the Satellite images shows 
for tomorrow, anyways...
