Although I mention that it was not a photometric night it was, however, mostly clear throughout the night with some very small patches of clouds passing by... very thin clouds. Nick Suntzeff's target was observed tonight and We need to point out that in the instructions for this target (wich come separately) suggets that SN1999em should be observed only once every three weeks, and this was confirmed by Dr. Nick S. himself. Jose Manuel has been taught some tricks by yours truly and doing very well, I might add. (but wait until next week, he says. he he he...) Aql magnitude is: R = 2.79, 2.75 V = 0.33 cheers/saludos!! ------------------------------ Submitted by Jose Manuel Afonso/Juan Espinoza on 2000 Sep 24 [6:43:12]
