YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Sep 6 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed for only a few hours from 02:33 to UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Calm Mid: Overcast, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Two targets observed - Late start due to clouds and the only Portugal that was observed through thick clouds is almost not worth keeping.
