YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2000 Sep 7 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed for most of the night from 23:43 to 07:30 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Program mostly completed. Very clear start for about the first hour and a half - Thin cirrus moved in and remained this way for most of the night until thicker clouds came in at around the beginning of the Late Yale targets. Very Variable seeing; we had moments where the seeing got as good as 1.2''! but that didn't last too long. Q0034-0011 was observed but these frames are not of great quality.
