Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate, to high Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds High End: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate Observing Summary: Program mostly completed. Targets GRS1955, mrk335, mrk543, mrk975 not observed because high winds would not allow it. Most northenly facing target are elongated.
