YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Aug 15

Observed for most of the night from 23:20 to 23:41 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds High
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate

Observing Summary:

Hello,

Like last night, layers of cirrus and high winds did not let me observe for a couple of hours. Most target in the north could not be observed at all.
