YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Feb 09 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 00:30 to 09:00 UTC. Conditions were Mixed most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm End: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds Calm Observing Summary: Hello - Program accomplished with no complications. We had a small patch of cirrus on West but I belive these did come near any observing path.
