YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Jul 13 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed all night from 23:05 to 10:35 UTC. Conditions were Mixed most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm, very few cirrus Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Clear, Winds Light & Variable Observing Summary: Well... we survived Friday the 13th! Non-photometric program completed with some minor complications. Very variable seeing for the middle to end part of the night, at times hitting 2.2 '' Three 47Tuc frames were lost because of crash. Some elongated images during the middle part of the program thanks to winds. This could have been a good night for the high priority Photometric program but because of the unpredictible weather, I had no choice but to go with the low priority one.
