Observed all night from 23:05 to 10:30 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
Problems were encountered, see the summary for details.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable
   Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds High, to moderate
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds High

Observing Summary:


Non-photometric program mostly completed/modified because of high winds.
Galactic center, NGC6494 were not observed because of the above.
