Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable Mid: Seeing 1.4 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Light & Variable, overcast end Observing Summary: Program mostly completed. EB173 observed guideless. GX17+2, V4641 and grs1915 were skiped mainly due to winds as much as clouds. Close dome early, too much cloudiness.
