YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Nov 04

Observed last half of the night from 03:30 to 08:15 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:

   Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
   End: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Patchy Clouds, Winds Light & Variable
