YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Oct 23

Observed all night from 00:16 to  UTC.
Conditions were Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Very bad weather from 04:00 until 09:00.
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds Moderate
   Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   End: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Clear, Winds High

Observing Summary:

Hi,

Program poorly accomplished.High winds and variable bad seeing 
 persisted on the last part of the night 
( 30 mph).
X1650 and Phe1B was not completed because 
the telescope reached the hard limit switches.

KH15D =  High winds (elongated images)
Any objects of the proyect P20011 observed with some
difficulty, guideless, elongated images.

Aql X = no observed
