YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2001 Sep 05 Observer: Juan Espinoza Observed for only a few hours from 23:28 to 04:20 UTC. Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night. Problems were encountered, see the summary for details. Seeing and Weather: Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate Mid: Seeing 1.6 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Moderate End: Cirrus, Winds Moderate, to overcast Observing Summary: Hello, About half of the program was possible accomplish due to bad weather conditions such as variable winds, being mostly high, and clouds that were thick enough to not be able to find guide stars.
