YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Apr 13

Observed for most of the night from 22:58 to 06:30 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Seeing 1.8 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   Mid: Seeing 2.0 arcsec, Clear, Winds High
   End: Clear, Winds Above Limit

Observing Summary:

Hello,

Again winds plus high humidity (almost the whole night close the the limits) didn't let me finish the programme.
