YALO Telescope Observer's Report for 2002 Aug 17

Observed for only a few hours from 05:08 to 06:17 UTC.
Conditions were Non-Photometric most of the night.
No equipment or software problems were encountered.

Seeing and Weather:
   Beg: Overcast, Winds Calm
   Mid: Seeing 2.2 arcsec, Cirrus, Winds Calm
   End: Overcast, Winds Calm

Only a few images at a very late start (past 1 am) and then total overcast.
